HOW TO SHOP NVISION ONLINE

Once you have selected the item you would like to purchase:

• Click the ADD TO CART button.
• You can continue to add more items to your cart until you are ready to checkout
• When you are ready to checkout, find your Shopping Cart in the righthand sidebar above the display of Latest Products; here you will see your total, not including shipping costs.
• Click CHECKOUT; this will take you to a page where you can review your order, edit your Shopping Cart, and begin filling out the billing/shipping address fields.  *Please note, shipping is calculated at flat rates for domestic (USA) vs. international; items will be sent via USPS unless otherwise agreed upon via email or phone.
• Click the PURCHASE button; this will take you to the page where you enter your credit card information and complete your purchase.
• Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation.
• We will ship your item as soon as possible, and follow up with a tracking number for items totaling $20 or more.
• Feel free to call or email with any questions, clarifications, or problems.  We can also process your purchase via the phone, if you feel more comfortable with that option.
• PLEASE NOTE, IF YOU ARE LOCAL TO CINCINNATI OHIO, AND/OR PREFER TO PICK UP YOUR PURCHASE, PLEASE PLACE THE ITEM IN YOUR VIRTUAL ‘SHOPPING CART,’ WHICH WILL PLACE A HOLD ON THE ITEM FOR 24 HOURS, THEN CALL TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER WITH A CREDIT CARD AND ARRANGE FOR PICK UP.
