NVISION has gotten the green light to begin the shop transition to the new location soon, and I couldn’t be more excited to have an *end in sight* to this extremely long and arduous moving process! Moving is stressful enough, let alone during a global pandemic, resulting in extreme economic uncertainty, which is even more unsettling with 2020 being as fully WhacK as it is, but 2020 is almost gone. Almost<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Before I make this big change with the shop, and therefore may not see some of you as frequently, I want to give thanks to each and every one of you that has visited NVISION over the last 13 years, and became a part of it, what it is to me, and how I’ll remember it. 13 years ago I quit my job and took a huge leap of faith, during a recession no less, and opened NVISION on Leap Day 2008. And You all shared in the joy of my creation, in that location, whether as a paying customer, an exhibiting artist, an alterations client, a consignor, a model for a project, a collaborator on an event, or just browsing and chatting with your people before\/after visiting The Comet. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!<\/em><\/p>\n

SO HERE’S THE DEAL GOING FORWARD :<\/h2>\n

Beginning in January 2021, NVISION will be located at 1546 Knowlton Street in Northside, a half block off of Hamilton Avenue, within a studio space in the Factory Events<\/a> building (formerly known as Off the Avenue Studios), operating BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, offering clothing alterations and repair services, and selling vintage clothing online through the shop website and Instagram<\/a>, and by way of private consultation.<\/p>\n
